AMASSING I have never gone to the same place 2 times and sportcuts is too best

This experience was definitely horrible I go in all the time for my lil brother hair cut and my husbands hair and I took my little brother in around 1:40 and he got taken back for a mvp hair cut and the lady who took him back did not seem to know what she was doing so I decided to let her continue to see how she did and he sat in the chair for 40 mins cutting and cutting and cutting and after 40 mins a lady had to come over and fix it for him she did not blend the back very well and cut his hair wayyy to short ! Was absolutely ridiculous! Then after almost 50 mins of cutting his hair he went back for a wash and we ended up leaving after a total of 1hr and 10 mins ! Typically it is supposed to take 15 mins 20-25 max ! And we sat there for 1hour and 10 mins that is absolutely ridiculous! I'm very disappointed

Horrible customer service. Every stylist works in slow motion. Waiting room full of customers and only 3 employees to cut hair. Then one disappears and we all sit. Low production overall. Will not come back.
