Went in to get a hair cut and came out with no hair, and amber tells me it will grow back when i told her it looks wrong. Told manager and got all my money back... worst experience even.... do t go to amber!!!

The staff at this particular location always seem like they’re in slow motion. Consistently showing up on a random Tuesday and waiting for an hour or more when there’s not many people ahead of us. Do your job and work. 3 stylists. One walking in back room doing both whole time. Meanwhile 7 of us sitting. The TV says 27 min wait. Turns out to be 1:15 minutes

Great experience. The manager gave me a great haircut and I loved the VIP service.
